How this unit works
In this exciting unit about the Ancient Egypt, you will study 1000s of years of history, learn why they built the pyramids, learn how the culture changed (and stayed the same) over time, mummify an apple, and much more. You will track the changes in Egypt by adding to a fictional plot of land and imagining a way of life for the people living on it. You will read from the Definitive Visual History of Ancient Egypt by following the directions on the worksheet. You will need to pick a historical fiction and nonfiction book to read while learning in this unit.
